I'll ignore Johnson's 1406th attempt at a long range strike in the past few seasons going over the bar and focus on a player that's been playing very well all season IMO. Lallana deserves a run in the squad based on how he's played.

Fair play to him, he was the signing I criticised the most this summer but he's been good on the ball, full of tricks and runs.

Oh please. Migs has hardly played a blinder with that dodgy pass and whatever else, but you can't blame him for that goal. Good initial save and a fluke rebound followup - not much he could do about it. I'd be asking questions of the defense with losing it, letting them walk through us, not closing down, no block, nothing.

I hope Rodgers drops Mignolet now. He has cost us at least 5-6 goals this season.

That initial save was top. Could argue that he shouldn;t be beaten at his near post. Johnson out of position due to that run, left a lot of space.

    Smart finish by Lallana.

    But we're seriously dross.

People seriously judging mig for the goal FFS! Yes he open goal he presented but he saved he first shot and was unlucky with he 2nd. Had his angles covered and just got unlucky.

If anything should be betraying skrtel for his pathetic attempt at a header clearance!

He then whacks he ball in the air and immediately grabs ulloa.

Top finish from Lallana he's been good today with lucas

He wasn't beaten at his near post. He had the goal covered and it hit the post. Normally it then goes out of play but unluckily it came back the other way

I don't blame Mignolet specifically but it was just a ****ing shambles that Skrtel didn't clear it or put it out or head it to Mignolet

The goal wasn't Mignolets fault, but you should have been 1 down from his **** up a minute earlier, he's in terrible form and his confidence is obviously shot to pieces

Lucas has been your best player so far, is Gerrard on the bench again?
