Or just drop Le Gouf, start Satka and put Anita into midfield.

Thinks it's one where I'm glad I'm not picking the team. Tend to think that Anita should be in midfield personally. Will do Pardew's reputation a lot of good to win tonight.

Need to play 4-4-2 tonight for me.

We have a lack of CM's available and defence will be weakened so I don't think we can use our recent game plan of sitting deep and hitting on the break.

He needs to play Cisse and Perez together, get Sammy on the left, Cabella on the right and tell them to get chalk on their boots.

    I agree.

If we're having Satka at RB it will do him good ot have Gouf playing directly in front of him. I'd also play Abeid (if fit) with Anita: that should provide the defence with cover so that the wide men and the strikers can get forward when we have possession. I would like to think that two wingers and two strikers will be enough to break down Burnley's defence

He said his name was Tom. I was drunk and vulnerable.

It's attitudes like yours that make it hard for people to come forward.

I'M THE VICTIM HERE, DAMN IT !

I really don't say this often, so you may want to document it for posterity, but Pardew does actually have an excuse tonight. We are completely ravaged, especially at the back. Burnley are lucky c**ts. If we do lose we'll just have to remember and do them in at SJP

If he pulls a result out the bag I'll give him real credit...at least until the derby

**** that, there are no excuses. Shake yourself off BRS and man up. Don't go soft on the cockney ****er now. 15 injured players? So what they have a squad of 25.

We'll go with 10 as my school teacher used to say when people were late for the team bus on a Saturday morning...

I still might go with Abeid and Anita. Wasn't overly struck with Tiote on Satruday. But you're right: Anita at RB with a little T & A in midfield

They seem to be suggesting Abeid and Colo are more likely for Chelsea.

I think there are either more fit than they are letting on, or the situ is dire and equally, they don't want to let on engendering a negative outlook. Pardew is saying very little and whinging a lot less than normal.

Might even have to adopt the age old tactic of borrowing one of the other teams subs to play for us tonight! <doh>

Strange isn't it. We are supposedly looking at a striker for January, everyone wanted on in the summer. Yet its the least of our worries right now! We have no midfielders, no centre backs and no right back. Thankfully one of our 10 left backs is fit.

Didn't we bring some bloke in from Everton to stop us getting injuries? It's not even new year and we've got almost 15 players out!!!
