Scuse me poking in and sorry if this is asked elsewhere, all I've read is that he's disqualified and has a period to appeal, presumably it's the Italian Court issue with the boat? If he is banned, what happens to the Club ownership?

Sorry, Ristac, but cannot agree with you here (surprise, surprise! ). You have to remember the circumstances of what happened here. He employed a tax accountant at very great expense to see to his tax affairs. The Consultant failed in his duty, and Cellino has to pay the price for his ineptitude. In my book, you cannot be considered dishonest if a third party has been employed to do a job for you & fails. If this consultant had been asked by Cellino to deliver a package to another office, should Cellino be charged if the Consultant is done for drunk driving whilst carrying out the delivery? Not the best analogy, I know, but hopefully it illustrates the difference between first & third person culpability. The difference is either being responsible for a deliberately dishonest act, or being responsible for someone else's error/ineptitude. clearly not the same thing in my book.
