Keen on one tomorrow.

BRUNETTES'ONLY 7/1 Plumpton 3:10
Regularly switches between hurdles and steeplechases but is better over the bigger fences. Has slipped to a handy mark and is a course and distance winner. The yard is in fair form and I can see this one running a decent race.

You have to be pretty crazy backing horses from 8lb out of the handicap but I am drawn to SHEILA BELLE 25-1 Wolves 1:55 tomorrow. She hasn't been anywhere near the winners enclosure yet but she has shown decent pace for a long way. She drops back in trip now in a handicap for the first time and for good measure the blinkers are on. She has a decent draw tomorrow and I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see her given a much more positive ride!

2:20 Kemp - Estibdaad 8/1
4:35 Wolv - Bilash 6/1
5:20 Kemp - Light From Mars 16/1

Not the best days racing but these got me interested enough to take a stab at a small eway Patent.

Some great snooker bets at present to add into your horse accumulators. Snooker tournaments are structured so the seeds avoud each other and the likes of Trump, Murphy, Robertson, Bingham, Ding - these are big odds on shots but snooker players aren't going to fall at a fence. The favourite has a broken ankle for gods sake! Group some of these together with your horse picks and its like taking candy from a baby.

2.40 Plumpton. HOLD THE BUCKS 5-1. Win bet (odds much better than expected thanks to the fav being McCoys only ride)
3.10 Plumpton. BRUNETTE'SONLY 7-1.Win bet (ground and jockey are both right for this).
Adding in Man United win at home to Hull tomorrow night (2-5) and some of the snooker odds on shot mentioned above.

Apologies Stick. Just seen you've put up the same horse in the 3.10. Lets hope its an omen. Also Man United are playing Stoke at home tomorrow, not Hull as I've mentioned but Hull, Stoke - its the same thing.

Hello, I’m Barney Chuckles. You may remember me from threads such as ‘What aperitif would you buy Mr Henderson?’ and ‘Fine Filly – Gone but not forgotten’.

Mr Henderson set to take a very strong raiding party up to Catterick Bridge on Wednesday. Taylor (let’s hope she’s swifter this time. What, what?!?), Cocktails At Dawn (who I still think will be a Champion) and Chomba Womba’s first offspring all possibles. I could tell you a story about the latter mare, incidentally, but I’d better not. Let’s hope Mr Henderson’s visit goes with a bang.

Meanwhile, I hope all forumites took my advice to back the lovely, and I do mean lovely, Edwina Currie to win that ‘I’m in the Jungles’ prog. 33/1 advised, but now the old girl is quoted in single figures.

Good luck all.

I was going to call that a "classic back to lay" but the thought of laying Edwina Curry almost made me vomit <yikes>

Further Sir Barney Chuckles threads I remember:

"Guns I've had pointed at my head"
"Just HOW MANY PLOTS does an Agatha Christie Novel have?"
"Memories from across the county line"

Now then, Oddy, calm down, old boy. Let’s have nothing but respect on the forum for the second best filly politician this country has ever produced. What a woman.

Hobbs only has one horse out today. I can't really make a terrific case for it but at 20/1 and the trainer having won 4 of his last 10 runners, i don't see why it's not worth an each way poke.

Main thing I can remember Sir Barney saying is, "the great man", when referring to David Cameron. Bloody hell, really. <doh>

The Sandown Racecourse Executive have at last got some positive news on the Tingle Creek Chase. With both Sire De Grugy and Sprinter Sacre out of the race, it has been revealed that MAD MOOSE could now headline the Grade 1 showpiece this coming Saturday <laugh> <ok>

On kitchen wall. I had to take down my A.P. McCoy one to make space though.
