Since the 1st of Jan City have played 32 matches in the PL and picked up 22 points. Dreadful - Taxi for SB
If we keep up this rapid rate at which we have picked up points in 2014, we will finish the season on a whopping great total of 16 points. ****ing sack him now so the new man has chance to evaluate the team before January.
Bob Peeters at Charlton. With a name like that, the English lads are really gonna want to play for him. Still, not as bad as Derby's record, it highlights just how bad they were.
1 goal in 5 games. Lost 4 games in a row. Haven't won in 6 games. In 2014 we have: Lost 22 Drawn 8 Won 12 (Only 6 league wins in 2014) Bearing in mind that them wins include matches against lower division teams like Southend, Middlesbrough, Brighton, Sheff Utd, Trencin, Lokeren (still knocked out)
Since we last won, we've played: Arsenal (a) - 2-2 Liverpool (a) - 0-0 Southampton (h) 0-1 Burnley (a) 0-1 Spurs (h) 1-2 Manchester Utd (a) 0-3 Let's face it, that's a really tough run of fixtures for any PL club, let alone one who's aim is to finish mid-table. We haven't faced the likes of WBA, Leicester or Swansea yet. Liverpool are gonna be top 6, only Burnley will be outside the top half this season. It'd be nice to play some weaker teams at some point. In fact, our next six games are: Everton (a) WBA (h) Chelsea (a) Swansea (h) Sunderland (a) Leicester (h) Some winnable fixtures there for sure. Compare the run we just had with the run that's coming up and I think by new year we'll see a few of the poodles put down.
I agree. Just pointing out some concerning facts. Minus the cup run 2014 results wise has been pretty poor.
Steve Bruce should have been sacked in the summer, as I said in the summer. Last summer that was. As well as the summer just gone. And the summer before.

If you ever wonder why people may question the integrity of your posts then this one really sums it up. Why would he get sacked when he got us automatically promoted? Why would he get sacked in the summer when he got us promoted, stayed up, in Europe and our first cup final? I agree that things aren't looking great but come off it in regards to him being sacked in the past.
I know this isn't the root to the problem, but I sometimes think Bruce is too honest! he seems to respect all the big teams, way too much! and this seems to translate on to the pitch! every press conference he goes on about how good the opposition is and picks at certain players!...I respect his honesty but mentally this can't be good for the players! when I first saw the bruce out posts, I ignored them because I was sure brucie could turn it around! we seem to be getting worse. I understand his formation today was so that we kept a draw away from home, but we ended up losing 3-0...I am starting to question what the hell he is doing, and at the moment their are certain players that should not be out on the pitch!
If you can be arsed to search back through my posts I had my good reasons and I predicted this ineptitude we are currently experiencing. Bruce punched above his weought two seasons running, it was never going to happen a third time round. We should have disposed of him in the summer. Every summer that is. In fact h should never have been appointed. Nick Barmby was better.
That record is truly shocking like. January Looms. Are you going to give him money to change your fortunes?
Saw your game with chelsea, all of yours put in a good shift against the superstars, and you can't ask for more than that. Even if you end up loosing the players did their best. Diego Costa had to be subbed before he got sent off, he was getting right wound up by the players and the fans. As for your question, i hope not we have enough in the tank it's just getting them all to turn up during the game.
