I liked Agger and would love an (uncrocked) Agger in our first 11 - but stats don't tell the whole story, Downing was bought for his stats. Agger started to slow and go downhill.
True but we had Sakho as the first choice LCB with Agger as quality back up. So what does Rodgers do - instead of signing a quality RCB, he buys another LCB who is mediocre at best, alienates Sakho and sells Agger.
I reckon Lovren is a RCB stuck at LCB. Lovren and Sakho were both signed for their leadership qualities. Its the wrong reason to purely base a transfer on.

True. But he also looks uncomfortable all the time. When Gareth Barry was Lovren's age people still saw him as a crap LB.
Absolutely nothing about our team. Nothing. Sterling and Coutinho are the only ones who have any real quality and the rest are just functional.

Like almost every game against Stoke since they've been in the premier league really. We're struggling to get in behind them and create chances. No surprise, its always like that against Stoke, people are just overreacting because of our recent poor form which means every result and performance will be criticised if it isn't perfect.
Come on mate. If you think we couldn't break down Stoke because they were defensively spectacular, then you;re wrong - we literally created nothing. No movement, no pace, nothing in the attack.
Haha - he's in another category altogether. The fact Rodgers has offered him a contract extension is laughable.
