Come on OR, a throw away remark would be "we looked better tonight" or "we pressed better and were more compact". Excllent performance, very competitive, that is the kind of comment that makes anyone who saw the game think he has no idea what he is talking about. As Treble suggested, very Moyes like.
Some good news with this being confirmed.............. http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/latest-news/175227-balotelli-unavailable-for-stoke-city-visit
The one thing I'd say for this game is historically stoke fans have been great and I have to say I miss the few stokies who came over to our board on these games and all Best away fans??
Thing is, you either come out after ever poor performance and put the team down, causes bad moral and low confidence. If you big the team up you only annoy the fans, no player is gonna sit there and watch the interview and get pissed off abiut being praised.

Being the operative word. I suspect you've written that knowing it'll be fairly painful football again. Off to Lime Street now to meet a mate who's coming over for it. Then to The Beehive in town for a couple of bevvies. Then to Anfield.
Sounds good mate, I love a match day bevvy. Unfortunately I'm nearly always driving ffs. I wasn't taking the piss btw, I reckon you'll do alright today, just got a feeling, plus your awful form has to end sometime
Pick our best performers from the last game and drop them, pick the worst performers and play them. Pretty much how it goes these days. If it was a winning team, change it straight away to minimise the risk of any consistency too.
I'd go for exactly the same. I have a funny feeling that at least two washed up old crocks will be in the team though. We all know who/
