Hear hear Wizered! I guess some will never be content even if by some miracle, we were to win the Champions League.
The thread is not about a stand and Bristol City not Barca. Understand the disappoitment with the design and now now no unreserved area. The club are not backing up what they say they will do and i dont see why the club winning should hide that.
I'm not hiding anything, the majority of us are in a happy place and we like what is developing, all aspects of design must be considered of course, what is the problem with talking about our success and achievments, Cotterill and the players are doing a magnificent job, forgive me I have been following our club since a boy in the 50's and we really are doing well both teamwise and ground development, lets grab what we are being offered and enjoy some good times under the umbrella of Bristol Sports because that is where we are at.
Fella having gone from the EE to the Williams with kids has been a mare. A trial with young uns. Winning or losing doesnt change that. It is hard to see what is being offered. It looks **** like everywhere else. And that is the point BS did have the opportunity to do different and bigged up what they would do and have not delivered. People are right to be concerned Bristol sport are giving it loads of BS. And BT didnt have the game on !!!
Perhaps the design allows for things you're average fan wouldn't think of such as cost of materials and construction, ability to expand, dimensions and facilities. The south stand could be expanded if the shed end is knocked down, looks cost effective, within its surroundings and hopefully has good facilities.
