I am pretty sure in 14 Jay Rod did not have the advanced left sided inside forward as a "green" position. Let alone his main one. That changed in the update. And in 13 Lambert was the worst striker in the squad (even behind Tadanari). Probably all on the back of people writing him off and assuming he would never cut it in the premier league.
