Maybe he wants to apply for the Liverpool job when Brenda quits from all the death threats. Maybe he's off in the jungle after all.
I just don't think he works well with others. He also needs to dominate so never going to work as a number two.
I like Roy even though he could be a bit of a **** on the pitch. I think he was a fantastic leader & player. One of his failings imo is that he expects everybody else to have his own standards. As we all know, that aint ever gonna happen.
Apparently between the NI and Villa job, he didnt have much time to spend with his family so decided to quit the Villa job. I dont think he walked out of Villa cos the job was too tough, afterall its lambert who is in the firing line not him.
Trying to do both the Ireland and Villa job was always going to spread him thin. I think he's instilled some fire in the lads at Villa and can leave with his head held high. They're still ****e mind.
