Much much better. A good game all round. We kept the ball well, made chances and finished with style. Also we didn't get caught bombing up field trying to walk the ball into the net and I liked the way that we pressed Dortmund and mopped up the second ball. Impressed with our tactics and the way that the players were disciplined.

Qualified for the knockout stages of the CL with a game to spare and there's a small chance that we could still top the group, however unlikely. What really counts tonight though is that we got 3 points at home and a clean sheet, this will do wonders for our confidence going back in the premier league. <ok>

Great to see us get the second goal and then close up shop. Wenger was gesturing from the sidelines and Sanchez and flamini were both making signals to stay tight. Dortmund ran out of ideas and we looked comfortable in the end.

That leaves us with a slim chance of topping the group if Dortmund lose to anderlecht and we beat Galatasaray. And that's qualification done with a game to go. I think we will see Campbell and bellerin start the final game.

Cazorla was brilliant today. Sanchez fought hard as usual and an amazing curling goal. Ramsey and monreal have come in for criticism recently and both did well today. Oxocube had some good passages of play and was unlucky hitting the crossbar. Arteta did well before coming off. Chambers and Gibbs both played very well today. Sanogo scored. Martinez made two very good saves and was tidy in an otherwise fairly up eventful game for him.

Overall im very pleased with the game tonight. Hopefully it gives us some confidence going into the league.

Oh and I hope Arteta and Sanogo aren't injured badly...

It'll be just like old times. Being able to play a reserve team against Gala on the final matchday. Makes me a bit nostalgic

Bad news if Arteta is out for a while again. He's a vast improvement on Flamini.

Was impressed with Martinez tonight. He didn't have much to do, but what he did have to do he did well.

Also, that goal from Sanchez was world class, the way he bent it round the defender, out of reach of the GK and into the bottom corner was as good as anything from Messi or Ronaldo.

Downside tonight is that Wenger has said Arteta will be 'out for a while'

Discipline is the key word. We worked hard all over the pitch on and off the ball. Well done to the boys for bouncing back from the defeat at the weekend against quality opposition tonight.

This. The lads finally played a disciplined game today. Even when we pushed up on the break we always had a man back. I remember this on Dortmund break from a set-piece and we had Gibbs and Nacho back and Gibbs' pace helped mop up. Had we done that vs. United we wouldn't have conceded the 2nd.

Quality win and above all, we kept it nice at tidy at the back with no mistakes. A good sign for us to take it forward.

Martinez was solid in goal. Would give him a run of games (he'll most likely get it depending on Chez's injuries) in goal

PSG could top their group as well, they'd be suitable to take on. There will be some potential good ties for us, PSG, Monaco-Leverkuson, and Porto.

Then if it's not them out of the toughest teams to face I'd choose Athletico Madrid over Real-Barca-Munich.

Not sure i would say it would be suitable to face PSG, especially when they have a devastating attack, but it would be a fun fan friendly game. A better tie would be Porto or Borussia Leverkusen.

PSG would be a fun game. With Cavani etc.. they are great from an attacking perspective but I think our midfield can dominate them.
