    What that guy who hacked into that account and tweeted that did not realise is now he is being tracked and his IP will handed to the secret services and FBI.

    It's not that easy...

    You can't just 'hack' a twitter account (unless a staff member gave away the password), it takes more than that, so the guys that did it will know what to do to avoid being caught. Unless they're dumb, which is very possible...

    That is true but normally the guy who did this will be part of a group like Lulz security and if that's the case then they will have took precautions to avoid being tracked.
