A quote from a bloke who was there, I was in the pub as one of the first leeds fans in and I was one of the last out. It was 10 minutes of madness that seemed to be one group of 4 lads that took exception to the police taking a stroll through the pub and the response was a smashed light fitting, a board advertising drinks and a tree being carried out or smashed. Not condoning anything just giving exact facts as I witnessed them. It had over capacity punters from my view point which was overlooked about 50 minutes earlier and ONLY football fans were allowed in, security and police didn't allow anyone else in.
