Whilst I dont think this lads hair is that extreme I do agree with the general policy. Ya cant have younguns running round school with punk moHawks or ridiculously dyed hair.
It'll get to the stage where male bairn's are banned from the PE showers because their cocks are too big or small.
I must have missed the part where Pol Pot started running our ****ing schools, it's pathetic. Regardless of his hair style, it's not the military, kids should be allowed their own identity. I guarantee this is a rule thought up by some ****ing do-gooder to prevent bullying and this will ultimately fail.
Obviously the line has to be drawn somewhere but this isn`t it. Makes me wonder how long its been like that and why nothing was said before. Unless it was extreme and hasn`t grown back yet? Can`t see anything wrong with that haircut now though tbh.
When a was a youngun short hair was positively encouraged in school. I had long hair and had many an argument and fights with both fellow pupils and teachers inc the headmaster for as they said " being like a girl". Funnily enough the head never mentioned my long hair again after my dad tw*tted him in his office. I agree with Billy who once again put it a damn sight more eloquently than I would have
That kid in Manchester as well mate, made £14k for his uni fees, selling sweets and pop to the other kids but it's against school policy to eat **** food. **** sake, I used to make about £40 a week in school selling ***s, I sold **** loads, there was queues the size of Glastonbury Car Park round my rucksack at dinner time, but I made only £40 a week profit, enough to get pissed up on a weekend. This kid makes £14,000 off selling kit kats and he's threatened with exclusion, **** being a kid nowadays. They used to say school was the best days of your life as well!
I think that haircuts are seen as part of the school uniform and they must follow the school uniform and school rules in general! It reflects bad on the school if kids are seen with 'extreme' haircuts when they are out and about at dinner time or whenever! The school wants them to look boring but smart! They, and their parents, are made fully aware of the rules and the consequences of breaking them before term! If they don't agree with them then the parents should look for a school with less strict policies! However in this case I think the poor young lad looks quite smart and to stop a 3 year old from getting his first school photo taken with what is hardly an extreme cut is shocking! The haircut rule seems too strict at this school!
That's all fine and dandy until, for example a Hasidic Jewish kid goes to that School (not that they ever would) with his bald head and Payots (the long curly sideburns) and blows the 'rules' to ****. Rules are there to be broken to pieces by ethnic minorities and until such a time, they will only serve as a hindrance to the other kids who are being denied an identity of their own. Schools shouldn't be run like the military, it's not just a place to go to absorb information and churn out test after test. Schools are also a social platform for kids to develop their personal skills, and to find friends who they associate with on their level. Attempting to force everybody to be the same is denying them basic human rights that these kids' ancestors fought to give them in the first place.
Ah well, that's a completely different thing mate. The ethnics have always had their own set of rules like turbans & hijab letterboxes for example. And I've absolutely no doubt for one moment that Mrs PolPot, Tonton Macoute, Papa Doc, Stalin, Hitler, Stoker would be perfectly happy with that regardless of what the uniform rules are. As long as she's not upsetting the ethnics she'll be happy in bed diddling her clit with happy thoughts of what a good job she's done. People like her make me want to vomit.
My hair was below my neck in the mid 70's at school, and no one complained. And kids had 'skin heads' with dr martins.
I got expelled for having the st George cross dyed into my hair during the 2002 world cup but when my dad heard why I was home at 1pm on a Monday he had a "Billy style" word with the head and I was back in school for the last lesson of the day.......I was gutted haha
