I've lost weight recently. Two times of not eating for two days. Off the booze as well and been unwell for some time. Oh well, have not got scales but can see me returning to my weight in my teens. Always been fairly slim but the weight I did put on in my late 30's has now gone. Thank **** actually, I didn't like having a stomach!! Up the Dons.
