I think it's a big deal. Harry's lack of common sense in a number of areas is hurting us, such as:

Not talking up our own side in the press. Ie If he says we don't have any pace, the players won't run.
Not Playing positively away from home, rather trying to sneak a point
Looking like he doesn't do tactics
Blaming everyone else, he's still going on about Remy!!!!

I could go on.
