Mark Hughes has done a great job at Stoke. They're still solid at the back and tactically sound but he's added goals to their game. They thoroughly deserve these 3 points against Spuds.
Us, Liverpool and Spurs seem to be having our own little competition this season to see who can be ****test. Liverpool are just about winning at the moment
I was about to say the same thing but i'd include Manure too. You might as well take all us out the league and it wouldn't make much of an impact to Chelsea's run for the league. This season has been really poor so far.
It's Chelsea's league to bottle. Question is which of the other clubs cam sort their shot fast enough to pish for 2nd or 3rd.
Our saving grace this season is that the rest of the league looks like utter ****, so we'll probably get top 4 by a process of not being quite as bad as teams like Utd, Liverpool, Everton or Spurs
Utd are utter ****e and that's what is so annoying about losing to them last night. We should have nailed those ****ers before half time and put the game to bed, but our ability to throw the game away and hand it to the opposition, no matter how poor they are is ****ing depressing.
It was one game out of 12, the fact that you are below us shows that you are at least as **** or even ****ter than us on a consistant basis
Pretty much what I was thinking. We have enough to propel us forward on the sea of **** that is the Premier league this season. This is indeed Chelseas league to bottle.
I don't disagree that we look as **** as you at the moment, but the thing with Arsenal is that if they get a couple of wins under their belts then we can go on a long unbeaten run, we are a confidence team. Our problem is that we crumble and turn to **** far too easily when we have one or two poor results. We have the players to challenge for 2nd or 3rd but when our confidence is shot we look like we could lose to any team in the prem. Utd on the other hand don't have the quality in their squad, other than Di Maria, Rooney and Herrera, you have a very weak squad and I think that will be the reason that we finish above you.
What some Manure fans fail to realise is that we have an established team under Wenger that is currently going through a poor patch. Not sure, it might be something in the Premiership waters that is affecting the rest of the big teams, but we are just off form. Manure on the other hand is going through a rebuilding phase, so they really won't go beyond their current level of play. We should get better. There is enough historical data to suggest that we will pick it up and move up the table soon.
Well at this rate Saints and Man City will be out of sight before anyone else can do anything about it.
