The officials were terrible I agree, no penalty given to wilshere, no yellow card shown to Rooney for diving, no red shown to wilshere for the head but. Fellini offside before pushing Gibbs yet nothing called. Definitely could of done better the officials.
Poor officiating aside, I thought Arsenal were in a different league to utd. Only poor finishing prevented the game from being over at HT. That 1st half Arsenal were toying with utd and it was almost too easy and perhaps led you to not being overly clinical. Anyway, if you want cheering up, watch Palace walk over us this afternoon.
It's only a couple of totally deluded utd fans that think yesterday was anything other than a lucky win for them lol
Luck played its part yesterday. We had huge amounts of bad luck with selection choices and some good luck in the game. We still had a plan. Unlike arsenal. We executed it perfectly. Wasnt pretty, wasnt a great performance. Chevk our board. Imo it was terrible. However we were forced into much of it and came out laughing. Poor finishing or great goalkeeper? A few were right at him but doesnt change tge fact it waa going to take something extra special to beat de gea. Turns out it did.
It was poor finishing. De gea is a great GK but most of the time we had a clear cut chance we just hit the ball at him. Terrible finishing is the only thing that kept Utd from getting destroyed. Your plan wasn't executed perfectly ffs you got torn apart over and of and made to look average! Your living in a dream world lol
Straight at him or not. Part of his job is positioning amd handling. Not all were right at him though. If you cant see why our plan was perfect you're as blind as wenger. He cant see it either I and it's why similar plans have worked so often against you.
De gea is a great GK, I've already said this maybe three times in the last half hour of us discussing this lol Just because he is a good GK doesn't mean he was the reason we didn't score. Our finishing let us down badly, we should have scored more an one in the first half. Your plan wasn't perfect. You got opened up over and over and over again and had any of our players taken there easy chances you wouldn't have even had a chance to score the lucky goal lol If the plan was perfect we wouldn't have dominated you so badly. We wouldn't have had double the shots, passes, posession, shots on goal, passes in the opposition half, passes in the opposition area. Will literally destroyed you in every department. Your game plan was total ****. A lucky goal saved you. Deal with it lol. Your deluded.
Are we posh or what, our fans are turning into Chavs!! http://www.theguardian.com/football...ur-grapes-wine-thrown-manchester-united-bench
Spot on, Gibbs was very unlucky there, definite foul Shouldn't have been beaten at his near post though - good though the connection was.
Our next 3 league games are West brom away, Southampton at home and Stoke away. Honestly don't think we'll win any of them, and I can't see anything but a Southampton win at emirates...
He's scored goals that like that before for arsenal and in France. Plus I reckon most strikers expect to score with most shots even when they don't! They picture it happening and all that jazz.
