    anyone had a back adjustment?

    never been to a chiropractor, but thinking about as the doc is shoite

    Go see and osteopath. They're a bit more expensive but worth it, they click everything back into place and tell you what exercises to do to fix it <ok>

    Yep, I ruined my back/shoulder playing footy in my youth. It's all fixed now! <party>

    how come doctors dont refer you to one?

    the physio's are rubbish
