As Leeds fans prepare to get back to life as usual under still new boss Neil Redfearn, the one question will be whether the form from the game against a pretty awful Blackpool team can be carried through here. A solid 3-1 win last time out put an end to Leeds' awful run of no wins in 8, but they really need to kick on from here to put some positivity back into the crowd. Blackburn have managed 2 draws in their last two outings before the break bringing their winning streak to an end, with no question that they are the form side heading into this weekend's fixture, and they will be expecting to please the home fans at Ewood Park. Historically Leeds have a rampant advantage over Rovers, with 37 wins over 26, but Blackburn have dominated the recent fixtures, and Leeds are without a win in the last four meetings home and away. Blackburn Wins 26 Draws 13 Leeds Wins 37

Blackburn Form Leeds Form Last Meeting

D 1 - 1 Brighton

D 2 - 2 Millwall

W 3 - 1 Reading

W 1 - 3 Nottm Forest

W 1 - 0 Birmingham

Blackpool 3 - 1 W

Charlton 2 - 2 D

Cardiff 3 - 1 L

Wolves 1 - 2 L

Norwich 1 - 1 D

 1 - 2 Blackburn Win Elland Road 01/01/14

Blackburn 7th (W7 D6 L4) +3 Goals 27pts Leeds 15th (W5 D5 L7) -4 Goals 20pts

Blackburn Top Scorers

Rudy Gestede 10

Ben Marshall 5

Jordan Rhodes 5

Leeds Top Scorers

Mirco Antenucci 5

Alex Mowatt 4

Souleymane Doukara 4

Team News Damned's Starting XI

Blackburn please log in to view this image Paul Robinson (Injured Doubtful) Jordan Rhodes should return in attack for Rovers. Blackburn have kept a clean sheet in their last 3 home matches against Leeds in all competitions. . There have been over 2.5 goals scored in Leeds's last 4 games in Championship. . Blackburn are undefeated in 13 of their last 14 home matches in Championship. . Blackburn are undefeated in their last 6 matches against Leeds in all competitions. . So I find it difficult to not agree with the bookies this time, everything in the recent stats is pointing towards a win for the home side. I think we will see some signs of progress from the team, without a doubt, but I don't think it is enough to turn over the Rovers. If Jordan Rhodes returns, he will do so with a point to prove, as he needs to get back to his scoring best. Whoever appear as out Center Back pairing may have a hard time keeping him quiet. As for team selection, I've kept it similar (or maybe the same, I can't remember) to the team I picked for Blackpool. At the minute a lot of the positions pick themselves as far as I am concerned. Pearce still doesn't win back his CB place, and Adryan stays on at the point of the diamond. Mowatt is sure to be included, so Lewis Cook will be the man looking over his shoulder at the sparse competition for his place.

Have Your Say Will Redders get another win? Sorry its a bit late this week guys, I've had a mental couple of weeks. Just arrived in Birmingham for a bit of a drinking session but managed to get this typed out before it starts. Probably won't be on much until the start of next week, so hoping for a good performance Saturday, even if the win doesn't come
Well done on thread as usual. Im going for Blackburn to win by 2 plus goals.Reason being, Im always wrong so trying a bit of reverse psychology here
Me and 6899 others will cheer the boys to victory. If i arn't posting before 7PM I got stuck in their bloody car park again.
We are4/1 for a reason Mike. Although I have made a small investment. Looking forward to being part of the huge away following, and back home quicker than from ER hopefully.
Can only see cooper and Pearce starting today. He is a cart horse but Pearce is our best centre back at least in terms of clearing headers , intercepting crosses, making blocks and tackling.
Leeds: Silvestri, Byram, Pearce, Cooper, Warnock, Mowatt, Cook, Bianchi, Adryan, Doukara, Antenucci. This is the team
