Boggers, afternoon pal, with Evans, as you are aware, it was the latter. More to that one then meets the eye...
They reason why everyone says no, is because they know it will be stone cold by the time you get back with it.
There is an intersting debate going on on the charlton forum about wallies. They would benefit from some northern input lads... Enjoy Maze Hill Bump thread.
Pissed or not, he has to be responsible for his actions. Case near me a while back, two lads and a girl gave a young fella a beating. All three were pissed after a night club, two of them walked free except for a few hours community service. Solicitors used their drunkedness as an excuse for out of character behaviour. I regularly see that girl in her workplace and frankly she turns my stomach
My point was Eire,he was convicted as she couldn't remember because she was pissed. That's her get out from any blame so why is it different for him.Thought equel rights was supposed to work both ways,
Not sure chesh. Dont know the ins and outs of that case but surely the jury must have had some sort of damning evidence to throw him in jail. the word of a pissed bird who couldn't remember anything is hardly enough to commit anyone, or Id hope not
Don't get your point Elland. It's just another PC bollox of a story being made into something that it isn't. Well I salute him for saying how it is and not being bullied by the holier than now brigade. Actually I find it strange that you sound like you're backing some spoilt rapist(yes he was convicted) and not a 77 year old pillar of society who is only saying what a lot of us say and think in our lives.
Equal rights don't exist.....you just have to see how many times the racist card is bandied about to know.
Well a pissed Peter Barlow who couldn't remember a lot the night Tina was killed did get wrongly convicted.,,
His biggest problem is that he compared the Jewish faith to the English nation, and used a sweeping generalisation. He is just an old man who is behind the times and rambles on a bit. I feel a bit sorry for him. For better or worse times have changed. I bet he doesn't realise he is a menace on the road as well!
