Apologies for this delayed comment but I have been away and have only just watched the highlights of Swansea v Arsenal on MOTD. In a first-half challenge by an Arsenal defender Bony again threw himself to the ground. Dowd correctly waved away penalty appeals but did not book Bony. I wonder what Monk feels about that attempt to win a penalty?

Exactly the same as he felt about the one at yours - only difference is that the Arsenal one didn't cost us the game! I know you think we are all whiners down here, but perhaps you should look more closely at your own Peter Coates who is facing FA disciplinary action for complaining about biased referees. ;)

Here's what the (London) Evening Standard wrote:

"....... and they had strong claims for a penalty when Chambers......... bundled into the back of Bony"

Similar comments elsewhere, such as the Mirror and Sky Sports

I was directly in line - was there a push/nudge/contact? Yes (more than between Moses and Rangel - I know that I am "biased", but I am trying to be objective <ok>) Arguably a penalty - we've all seen them given!

Sufficient contact for Bony to fall? probably/possibly not.

Bony v Stoke had BOTH held by Shawcross who threw him to the ground. Why was the ref looking at Shawcross? Because he's a dirty sod.

As for Moses, I heard Sparky was hiring Derek Acorah to exorcise the poltergeist that keeps tripping him up.

As the country saw last night Moses was banged to rights as a cheat.

    Dear Bob,

Unlike yourself, I am not going to repeat myself, so please have a look at the response I made on the Moses thread.

After you have digested my friendly comments may I suggest that you do yourself a massive favour and put your bonnet on and go play Little Bo Peep with your farmyard friends.

    Love and kisses

    ONB xx
