I find it quite anusing that one person on here is saying 'ours is better thab yours.' Well iam sure my dad is bigger than yours as well. Lets all look through two eyes instead of one and be totally honest rather than just saying your own clubs keepers. Personally I think there are 2 or 3 keepers better than De Gea. Courtois is about the best in the PL, followed by Begovic, I believe Krul, Guzan, Lloris are all as good as De Gea, but then I am being honest and not one eyed.
De Gea is a good keeper, but no more than that there is more than one better keeper than him in the league. But then you must watch with your eyes closed. it is a shame that people havent the balls to admit their own isnt the best. But there has to be some people like you out there. It makes the world go round i suppose. Have a look how your awsome keeper did for our second against you in August. Second rate keeping. But i am sure you do know better. I accept that this is about opinions but you have to be honest and just because he plays for you it doesnt make him the best. By the way I forgot Joe Hart. Now that was silly of me.
De gea wants to go to Madrid to join the real Galacticos when Casillas goes. If De Gea was that good he would have displaced Casillas as keeper already for Spain, especially as Casi was dropped by Los Blancos. De gea is 24 with 3 caps. Courtois is 22 with 27 caps and has displaced the great Peter Cech. 1 Courtois 2 Hart 3 Cech 4 Lloris 5 De Gea
All keepers make mistakes. De gea made one earlt season but has been brilliant since. Fair to say hes won is matches with his saves. Even the greatest keeper of all made mistakes. If thats how you judge a keeper then they are all ****. Joe hart is awful. You did however forget about howard and cech. Both are better than guzan, krul and begovic.
I think the real ignorance here is when an ABU attacks a United fan for being bias. The irony of quoting a handful of keepers that aren't as good just to knock a player bcos you dislike their team is about as bias as it gets. But there you go :sigh: Also the lack of IQ in accusing someone else of "my dad is bigger than your dad" while arguing on a thread comparing player's of different teams, is quite ironic. Isn't that the very nature of all such threads lol? I respect proper neutrals who you can tell give a decent argument for why Courtois is better. Not sure I agree, but I can understand why, and I think there are good reasons to say so.
Don't talk rubbish. When De Gea joined you guys he didn't even look Championship quality (although I said he'd come good and he has), he was shocking and making a howler every week! Courtois has slotted straight in at Chelsea and instantly looks the part. He is by far and away a better keeper than De Gea was at the same stage. Of course, they are at the same stage in their careers now (seventh professional season) so what they looked like three years ago is pretty much irrelevant. I don't think there is much in it between the three keepers mentioned and I'd take all three ahead of Migs #nobrainer
COurtois is two years younger than De Gea and adapted to the Prem instantly. De Gea struggled in his first Prem season. Also, if De Gea has been so good for a while, why has he not replaced Casillas as Spain Keeper. Mourinho dropped Casillas two years ago, and he had a stinker v Holland in the World Cup
