Bold prediction. When was the last time Arsenal scored three goals against a top side?! Liverpool and Spurs don't count as such for obvious reasons
Was just saying on the Chelsea board, provided we get our 3 points at home to Brom, a win for either team would not be the end of the world. But I still would prefer a draw, both teams dropping 2 points is best for us. Though at a push an Arsenal win would be better than a United win for me, purely because I dont think Arsenal have the squad or manager for a proper title challenge regardless of whether they win or not, whilst United with this new squad and new manager, whilst having had pretty ****ty results are more of an unknown entity to me and I wouldnt want them to gain any momentum or get a boost from a win at the Emirates, better the devil you know and all that. Arsenal are predictable failure merchants, whilst United, though I am not convinced of it, may turn things around.
Agree 100%. United also have nothing else to play for (until FA cup starts at least), so any momentum they gather could be akin to Liverpool last year. The reality is they are probably too far behind now but it's a funny old game.
Can you please kick lumps out of each other? Saints are playing both teams soon - mass punch up please.
Tbf we do have greater momentum behind us at the moment as well. Since the Leicester game, none of our results have been terrible. Dropped points at West Brom, but nothing that would have been out of place in one of our previous title challenging seasons. Doesn't mean we won't be **** in the next five games, but we've definitely improved from the first five!
Would take a draw now. 1-1 At this rate we'll have started the whole squad by the end of the season...
