The anticipation of a game with one of your biggest rivals is always something to revel in. No matter what form we’ve gone into the game with, how bad they have been that season and how heavily the odds have seemingly been stacked in our favour, we never, ever perform against Millwall. Which makes me apprehensive with this Saturday’s grudge match fast approaching. This is arguably Charlton’s best squad since relegation from the Premier League in 2007. Millwall have had a shaky start to the season. The Lions have only won once away from home all season, and Charlton are unbeaten at home.
