If only it were that black and white. There is an element of risk. We might be relegated this season (we won't but...),then we would be worth whatever the vultures would be willing to pay for our best players. There's the parachute money of course, but the Dr would surely cut his losses at this point ?
Unless Dr Dr is swept off his feet with an offer (which let's face it, is unlikely) he won't sell. But he'll use the idea of the club being for sale to the max, brow beating the gullible further into more Yes Boss/No Boss isms.
You do make a twat of yourself, Patty. Bus driver knows more about football and Hull City in particular than you ever will.
All this nonsense about AA not really wanting to sell the club and how he's probably most likely asking too much money for it... FFS. He is the reason we are where we are. Why people find that very obvious fact so difficult to deal with beggars belief, bloody ingrates. AA will sell the club when someone offers enough so that he breaks even, maybe even makes a few quid. In the meantime he will continue supporting SB. WTF do you want?
I hope he makes a few quid. If only he hadn't spat his dummy out and come out with this Hull Tigers nonsense he would be a hero. Unfortunately his intransigence has caused a lot of people to lose patience.
Someone people need to get into there heads that the only real asset we have is being in the Premier League and the players. If Assem has a fire sale he may get £25m back, but the club will be worth pennies without the Premier League.
he bought the players for the city.......... just what exactly is he gonna do with 20+ PL players if he walks away from the club? take them with him? engage your brain you bright spark!
Strictly speaking, don't Hull City own the players, with Allam owning the debt? In theory, as we seem to be meeting the interest payments, couldn't he restructure the loans in his favour, give the club away and still get his money back?
If he gives the club away when it's carrying a £60m debt, then it's still costing whoever gets it £60m.
Apparently its a company from the USA, who or what company I dont know. Heard that from same person who told me about the Dawson and Diame deals 6 weeks before they were announced. Just saying, thats all.
Does it? If Allam keeps the loan running, t's the Club that meets the payments, and Allamhouse that receives them isn't it?
