I dont think we should use Sturridge injury (ies) as an excuse for our poor performances. Lots of other teams have had their share of injuries. And it was Rodgers' responsibility to make sure we had appropriate cover. He bought Balotelli, Lambert and Borini, who on current form are simply not good enough.

so that's us definitely busy in the jan window then.

maybe we need to look into studge being a luxury to have on the bench rather than an important first team player from now on then( hopefully help with injuries, although training regimes we do need looking at maybe?), if he will be happy with that is another story, but we most certainly cant keep relying on him like we have been.
