This is the first time I've seen Wednesday's Thread ahead of Tuesday's on the listing. You are too fast for them Attivo.
Starting work again tomorrow -so best of luck to stick and the Don and co, hope your horse comes back safe and sound ,and there is a racing future for him!
cheers rudey, its not a bad maiden in truth and we know he will come on for the run so as you say just looking for him to come back in one piece and give us something to work on.
Nicely bred Stick. Hopefully he'll be a nice sales mistake for your syndicate. Certainly not taking on such a tough field as last time out!!!
Cheers Bustino. PLOVER 1:30 Lingfield 33-1 has dropped steadily down the weights to a point where he really must be winning soon. They paid 105,000 for this horse and at some point will expect a return! THECORRUPTOR 4:40 Warwick 12-1 is quickly sent hurdling after showing up for a long way in a decent bumper. He will strip fitter today and I expect a better showing.
Haha, dunno what you mean, he only had KINGMAN to beat! He went off at 7/2 that day Bustino which is a measure of how highly regarded he was. He has been injured but it seems to have healed nicely. He will need the race today but he is a lovely sort. If you get the chance to look on ATR tell me what you think. I may be bonkers but I think he looks a lot like his Dad. A good percentage of his ability would be very welcome.
The Hobbs team continue in fine form. Yesterday the mney went astray but hopefully today is the day to claw it back. 2.40 Warwick Risk a Fine 9/2 A race they've introduced some good performers over the last few years. Risk a Fine looks the right type to hang a stable hat on so to speak. Disappointed in a good bumper lto but went off fav and strongly fancied beforehand, I imagine the experience may have taken the fizz out of him and I expect to see a stronger show today.
My eye was drawn to his female side and the 1000G winner Ma Biche, and then her granddam Midget (who won the Cheveley). The family looks due a good horse!! Difficult to watch anything from here. Good luck.
Jesus Christ, Mullins yard is so strong that the Cesarewitch 5th is the stable second string in the opening novice hurdle.
Just a thought, I wonder if any of the others in the 1 o'clock would get within 21L of Kingman? The very best of good luck Stick.
I'm a big fan of the trainer ex assistant to Reg Akehurst, now there's a man who knew how to bring home the bacon Have a great day & hope you all get home safe & sound
