    It's already been pointed out to Burnsy that it's not a name change appeal, merely arbitration over the decision making process.

    Then when they eventually say no it'll be more of this 'There's plenty of interest but not from what I'd call a good home for the club' bollocks. But really he's going, he's a man of his word. Etc.

    Bump. Just remembered, when Ehab was talking about arbitration a while ago he said each part of the process had to be done in a certain number of weeks and it all added up to a mid-November deadline, which suggested to me that that was the latest it could be. Now Burnsy reckons it won't be this month. So what's happened? If it isn't done by now then surely someone has missed a deadline somewhere? Or was Ehab just wrong?

    The timescales were minimums, making this the earliest realistic dates.

    As I say, I thought they were deadlines rather than minimums but maybe I'm wrong.

    Definitely minimums. I remember thinking it could drag on forever when it was explained.

    When Ehab said November, he hadn't even told the FA he was going to request arbitration, so **** knows where he got his dates from.
