Cut out alcohol mostly, feel so much healthier for it as well.

 

Really..! That's impressive. What's been the motivator..? I've been doing something like the same over the past few years, but I'm 56 and haven't been Mr Sobriety, but I've kept myself to reasonable limits over the adult years.

 

You shouldn't need a motivator to cut down on drinking.
