Damn, you replied before I corrected my typos - the "t" and "y" don't work on this keyboard.

After the performance against Burnley, quite a few could do with a flogging :)

And I'll say again, Sagbo played out wide before coming here. Also a lot of his appearances here were playing out wide.

He's not just learning a new country, a new style of play, he's also learning a new position at the same time.

Steve Bruce himself said in the summer he thought it would take awhile for Sagbo adapt properly and that he hoped he would start getting better and better this season.

He has all the attributes to be a very good player he just needs to work on his application is all.

According to Jacket Sagbo failed to impress and is lacking in fitness. He would certainly be lacking match fitness as he hasn't started for yonks.
If selected he will have a great chance to impress and our midfield is by far the best he would have ever played with.
Sagbo is listed as "Striker" in the position box on every web site that he is mentioned - "Strikers" do not play "out wide"!

I know what you mean but it's debateable. I reckon if you did a heat map for, say Shane Long, he'd spend a huge amount of time "outwide" but he'd always be listed as a striker. I'm completely guessing here btw and have never seen a heat map for him.

Forget websites listings, I've lost count how many times Steve Bruce has said he played on the left before he came here.

He was released on loan because Bruce thought he had his pairing in Hernandez and Jelly, injury made a ruling in that. He would have hoped others would measure up and they haven't, have they? He as been recalled as a foil to Hernandez, he is well up to that job, Jelly just did it better.

I hope he comes back and doesn't score... but gets a shed load of assists for Hernandez and the midfield group over the next few weeks. Just to prove a point.

I'm a Sagbo fan. He brings a bit of muscle to the team and I can't believe he was sent out on loan. Best hold up player we have in the whole team and we've been consistently inviting pressure on ourselves for weeks due to panic clearances, hoofing and the ball not sticking up top with a lone Hernandez.

We need him to start up top with Hernandez asap.

Piss-poor grammar. That sentence should read "you can read, can't you? Or, is someone else reading it for you?".

If you're going to take the piss, at least do it right.

You are splitting hairs here Madge!
Yes, many sites have listed him as a "forward" now because he most certainly isn't a bloody striker is he?
They did the same with Altidore.

OK, if you want to be pedantic let's correct your abortion shall we. It should read as follows"
"Y(Capital 'Y')ou can read (no comma) can't you" (exclamation marks are used for what is said and NOT the question mark) ? "Or (no comma) is someone else reading it for you" (exclamation mark then the question mark) ?
Did you notice I spelled God wrong too?
