Today I am creating the ultimate roast.

Joint of Scottish top side beef. Done rare.

    Slow braised red cabbage

    Cauliflower cheese

    Sautéed chanteray carrots

    Cranberry and sausage meat stuffing

    Yorkshire puddings

Also two bottles of a good Bordeaux ..

    You're all ****s <ok>

My mate is making me a homemade steak pie, first time she's cooked for me so not sure how good she is, if I'm not on later she's probably poisoned me!

Had roast beef, roast spuds, one boiled spud (only wanted one) , carrots, swede and cabbage with two half decent yorkies. Was very nice indeed.

I wasn't offered a drink though, bafflingly, and had to make do with diet coke. Very strange that.

Bit of English Mustard or Horseradish would've been appreciated also.

I don't know what you do to your beef up there but it's ****ing lovely..

When you consider all the other so called good beefs are corn fed, yours is grass fed and superior.

Sounds great apart from the stuffing, there is only one acceptable form of stuffing and that is Sage and Onion. You'd need quite a lot of it to stuff a cow/bullock.
