I don't know, but I watched a pretty good scrap between two kangaroos on David Attenborough's program the other night. They were kicking **** out of each other.

Bruce Lee vs Mike Tyson in his prime?

Obvioulsy Lee, as he was the ultimate and I'm sure everyone will agree.

Tyson, no doubt. What did Lee weigh, 12st at most? Tyson gave beatings to guys 2st heavier than himself, and sometimes a foot taller. And western boxers have better hand skills than fighters from any other discipline, that's a fact. So the only advantage lee would have would be his kicking ability, and that's a strength that's also a weakness because a kick unbalances the kicker.

Tyson at the top of his game would piss this. Absolutely ****ing walk it.

Although having said that Kung Fu schools teach some wicked wrist and finger grips, so getting Tyson in one of those would be Lee's best hope. But as Tyson's hands would be taped up, nah, not gonna happen.

    Tyson wins. Next?

Lee was no more than 10 stone soaking wet.

But he would've still kicked Tyson's arse. True martial artists learn to strike far harder than would appear humanly possible, hence why they can break stone, wood etc.

Plus they harden their bones by repeatedly cracking them against hard objects, so that they heal harder. Boxers hit soft punch bags ffs, wearing gloves.

The most powerful oriental fighters can kill with a single punch to the ribs or head, breaking jaws into the brain and lungs. Whereas boxers can pound **** out of each other for half an hour and still be ok.

I only watch good films, thanks. I've only ever seen one Bruce Lee movie, and my opinion is certainly not based on that.

Even a top class wrestler will beat a boxer.

None of the ones Iron Mike took part in were. Though quite a few of em were forgone conclusions, I'll give you that.

When Tyson had Kevin Rooney and Teddy Atlas as his trainers, he was the hardest working, best conditioned and most technically adept heavyweight since Ali, and the most brutal since Marciano. He had fantastic lateral movement and was very hard to hit, because he spent hours in the gym honing his technique.

Ali vs Tyson, both in their prime, now that would have been a contest.

    Tyson? Pah.

There's a simple explanation as to why Lee would win. Anyone can box, it's instinctual but it's not a Martial Art.

What do they teach Special Forces soldiers? Boxing or Mixed Martial Arts?

Three statements there, none of which are true. Anyone can box? anyone can learn to, maybe, but anyone can also learn Kung Fu. To master either would take years of hard work. And of course boxing is a martial art - certainly one my son's old Kung Fu Sigun had a lot of respect for.

As for Special Forces, I imagine they teach them a bit of anything that works.
