Lucky if Scotland were at 50% tonight. Ireland being the ****e team that they are dragged us down a few levels tonight. Our two best performances in this campaign have been against Germany and Poland, teams more on our level and wanting to put on a good show.

As we know, good performances don't always get what they deserve, I'd say that was the case in both games. Two games against Georgia and Ireland that we've had to grind out results, being able to win ugly and when not at your best is a good thing.

Fair shout to the Oirish on here (and the plastic paddies), for being gracious in defeat. Nice to see some of the home nations make a fight of it but it's all becoming a little predictable.
