    Because Evans and McDonald when interviewed by the Fuzz both admitted to having had sex with her, the Girl did not mention having had sex with anyone, she was totally unaware as to what had taken place, she merely reported that she had blanked out and thought that perhaps her drink had been spiked. The Police charged them and the CPS agreed to go to trial because they believed a crime had been committed.
