you can lose any strength gains made in the gym really quick, as little as ten days to a fortnight away from the place and the body will start to change and your strength go. Got to get in 3 x per week min to maintain or make gains depending on what you're lifting (weight and exercise) and what your balance of lifting to cardio is.Most lads in my gym refuse cardio so they have barrel chests and big bellies and constantly complain about having poor abs.
