And the thing is it wasn't actually suspicious that I wasn't talking. Whenever I could get online I was posting, was even trying to read through as much as possible whilst having a cup of tea etc... Did my best to be online and post as much as usual but simply couldn't. So I was surprised it took so long to accuse me.

Exactly the same for me in Mafia 3 (although I then used the technical issues as an excuse once I could get on)

Oh also, whoever is game master next time can you ask people who aren't involved in the game to kindly **** off and not get involved.

Brbs buddy minxy came onto the thread after brb died and over and over again called me and Bodanki guilty. Personally it came across like she knew we were guilty rather than a joke, but either way external influences should be minimised. It ruins the game when you focus on certain posters and how they are likely to react for someone who isn't playing to then jump in and **** things up, or notice something the actual players have missed.

Minxy, that was a **** move.

To be fair you play a little like I did in my first game, lots of random votes and madness and while everyone is watching what your doing see how others react. Didn't want it going on whilst I was mafia though tyvm

It was hard one to say what to do with cos any attention to it would have been tough

 

Yeah once she had done it I'm not sure what the best method was to deal with it tbh. Hopefully in future games a note in the OP will be enough to stop randoms messing with the game, or an angry mod pm! Grrr lol

 

Final thought is this

Focus on your lists and the day itself, work out the key data and work both sides. We did day one but let bod go day3 cos even if you thought it was a hack you could not know... So if you said there's two sides people arguing one side or the other become obvious.... And also you would have locked bod up and avoided the recruit you could not have known about but you knew there was something off about powers

Nobody actually put bod up for vote neither did you lock him up as risk of mafia

Anyway now after game 4 you have many experienced players so maybe next time you will consider not offing them first off as it's put me right off

Well for me when I was mafia anyway. Use the lack of kill and him being offline as a link between him being the mafia assassin

 

She didn't know know, she was BRB's eyes whilst he was at work and just carried on reading. You and Bod were being paranoid. Plus, in the latter stages of the game MITO, Biscan and I were deleting the comments so she stopped.

Town won game 1. You've been on winning side in all 4 games.

Sky's record was win and stayed alive. You've been on winning side every time. .. just died twice.

 

I ignored her thinking she was saying that because of game 2 when she played and you two were at each other.

 

Anyone watch battle star galactic... the newer series where cylons looked just like people and couldn't tell them apart from soldiers... and some of them didn't even know they were cylons?

Can come up with a less sci-fi theme for people like mito who don't like less realistic/horror/sci-fi themes. But easier to explain in cyborg-mafia terms.



There are 6 cyborgs at game start. Only 2 are aware they are cyborgs. The Cyborg assassin and the cyborg investigator. The other 4 think they are town.

One of the cyborg mafia wake up automatically on day 3. The other 3 have to be 'found'.

The Cyborg investigator could investigate one person each night. If they're cyborg they wake up and join cyborg team.

The Cyborg assassin can kill one person each night... meaning could potentially kill his own teammates without knowing it. (Has to kill... its in his programming)

Cyborgs win if the " awake" cyborgs outnumber sleeping cyborgs + town. (Sleeping cyborgs count as town until they are awakened).


When town do lynch they are told the person is human or cyborg... but not if they were awake or not.

Same if town investigates told cyborg or not but not if they are awake or not. (So killing a confirmed cyborg might kill someone currently aligned with the town.)

Town wins when no more cyborgs are awake.



The sleeping cyborg could even potentially have town roles. So even the journalist for example could be a cyborg.
