Id say you're right. we built most of Europe, at least the properly built bits, also America, Canada and Australia. In fact, only for us, modern man would still be living in straw huts and walking on dirt tracks
You're right and without you lot to do the labouring the English could not have built and civilised the world.
Jim Stoorie I remember him well we used to call him kipper feet as he walked like me at a 10 to 2 position scored some great goals and gave 100% every time I think from memory we bought him from Airdrie RIP
Heyho, clearly Don you were a better manager than a student of the round oval ball game. I look forward to the day I can educate both you & Shaks on why Union is so superiour a game and league is just there to teach the basic skills before players progress to the next level and a WC involving more than just a bit of England, a bit of New Zealand, and a bit of Australia.
Don't think so Don. Anyway, you wouldn't be wise to discuss money when talking about rugby and there now being plenty of money in Union given the approaches of league clubs in the 60s, 70s, and 80s to bribing (sorry actively pursuading) top union players to take the sc*m approach and go north.
Boggers, I know you take your rugby very seriously, but I'll simplify it, I like watching rugby league because it's fast and entertaining. I find Union(which I played as a kid for 9 years) boring.
