On the proof of "admin twice" matter, don't split hairs, CVAs amount to the same thing - you get away without paying your creditors in full (in other words peanuts) as opposed to usually nothing at all to the unsecured in admin.

Cardiff City have never been in admin nor had to opt for a CVA - we are paying our debts without copping out.

Jeger ****e, your interpretation of who owes what is very selective. You insist that the current owners are not responsible for the old debts but take delight in shouting about how the Malasians owe Sam 30 million. So which is right?
They have settled all the previous debts except Sam's which is in dispute. The only reason the jacks aren't liable for the old debts is because the renaged on them through the courts.
You say they didn't go into admin twice, and again technically you are right, but they have renaged on their debts twice, and they have paid pennies in the pound twice.
Now you tell us they haven't.
Forget previous owners or some criminal, lets talk about Swansea football club which by rights shouldn't exist because of the number of people it owes money to and has no intention of ever compensating.
If new owners wanted to begin a new club they should have given it a new name, like Gower Renagers or something. If you take the name you take the baggage.

I don't take any delight on the debt you owe, unlike you who delight in saying the swans owe money despite the fact that it's bullshit, we owe nothing at all its in the accounts all debts and credits we have.

And when you mention people who were creditors, while some no doubt were , the majority of the debts were to companies that legally offset debts against tax, now how will they quantify money that you want us to pay two decades after the fact, also do these companies even exist now?

The whole point of Ltd companies that owed the swans is to limit liabilities and give a legal identity, now you want to throw hundreds of years of that because you think we should be liable, tell me how would the club be able to put that on their books now?

You obviously have no concept how business is run, probably because you have been an employed person, or probably never worked all your life and have no clue!
