Prosecutors and investigators should consider whether supporting evidence is available to demonstrate that the complainant was so intoxicated that he/she had lost their capacity to consent. For example, evidence from friends, taxi drivers and forensic physicians describing the complainant's intoxicated state may support the prosecution case http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/p_to_r/rape_and_sexual_offences/consent/
That the so called victim had absolutely no recollection of events. You are therefore speculating what she did and said after feeding her fat face with pizza which she willingly took up to the bedroom. Lying slag.
If i was the defence lawyer i would first ask if she remembered getting spunked over by the 2 men , she would say no. Then i would smile and turn the conversation towards pizza and say mmmmh i love a bit of pineapple on a pizza , which toppings did you have? She would reply mushroom and spicy sausage, at that point i would have the bitch bang to rights . Clever like that me.
You can tell when the beel is rising in Dev when he stop capitalizing the 'I'. Keep 'em coming, lads.
What did he lie about? The complainant lied a couple of times, stating that she had her drink spiked but that she'd had no drugs (both assertions proved wrong by toxicology reports). It still baffles me that both men were charged with the same crime, with the same evidence against both, but only one was guilty.
I haven't commented much as I haven't paid a lot of attention, but this seems like a pretty balanced article on the situation http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukn...ans-Sorry-but-all-rapes-are-not-the-same.html
Yet she was sober enough to pay for her food with the exact change and sober enough to remember she'd left her pizza behind. The video footage of her entering the hotel shows her walking steadily. Why did she not make a complaint about the "rape" until she heard a footballer was at the hotel? Surely a stolen handbag would have been the last thing on her mind. Why did she claim her drink had been spiked? Why did she say she'd had no drugs? Why tweet about "winning big"? Why delete said tweets? She's as guilty as sin.
No one on here can make a judgment without reviewing all evidence submitted ... He's done his time, time to let him get on with his life (guilty or not).
I wasted my time reading that long winded crap and at no point did the topic of toppings get raised , what pizza did fatty rape girl eat ?
