Evans said she was a willing participant, she claimed to have no memory of the events. Seeing as how Evans was clearly lying i'm sure the Jury decided he was lying because had something to hide, if he had told the truth maybe he would not have been convicted, but i'm afraid when you have been shown to be a liar in a court of law you can expect to be treated as a liar by the jury, them's the breaks.
