Juries aren't infallible Dev. Plenty of innocent men have been punished in the past; many who are guilty have walked. Having looked into this, I'm firmly of the belief that the jury got this one very wrong.

Not at all, my point is that serving your time is not the be all and end all. He's served less than half his sentence and still refuses to accept ANY responsibility, why should he be allowed to simply walk back into a highly paid job as if nothing happened?
