Has anyone actually read about this case? I have, and it was a blatant miscarriage of justice. Both men were accused of the same crime. The complainant can't remember consenting to sex with either of them. So why was only one guilty? Why did she tweet the following afterwards? Why did she delete said tweets shortly afterwards?
And before anyone (not naming any names) says the jury will have seen evidence "that the public don't know about", this is absolute bollocks. All the evidence was a matter of public record.
