Closure of a match thread due to idiots is disgraceful (on their part Bri, not yours) This is reminiscent of the reasons this place is becoming a graveyard
I think match threads have a natural and fairly short life (interest in the next game's going to take over quickly), but this one got extended by the beef between Terry and the Evertonians. It will always be the prerogative of the OP to request closure unless there's an obvious need for modding, but as we're still trying to maintain a "light touch" please give us feedback if any posters are going OTT.
Should be sound now, off and on today so leaving it at the discretion of mods if it's to close again. I know it's of little interest on the following Tuesday. But it's still the right of our posters to comment on the match if they feel they want to so had it reopened. Hopefully the Everton lads of long gone now.
