I think that summed up the match for Arsenal. Montero destroyed your right flank and Wenger did nothing about it. I know you had injuries, but we also had a few today and I had a fear of a good thumping when I arrived at the stadium. For us it's a great win, but for the Gunners I think it's a case of getting back to basics. You've got great attacking players - but your defence needs an overhaul. What would Tony Adams and Lee Dixon thought of that back four?
Bellerin would have been much better equipped at dealing to Montero. Sure he's inexperienced, but I'm pretty sure he's the 2nd fastest player at our club (behind Theo of course). Also, have to say, Flamini was pretty good today. Mopped up a lot of attacks and protected the defence well for the most part.
Well after watching those videos of you boys, you'd swear the end of the world had arrived!!...............
What is going on? How can anyone defend the players / results / manager after that? Atrocious. The time for change is coming. Wenger has had long enough to put things right and clearly refuses to do so. Get that man out of the club. No move upstairs, he should leave entirely with his tail firmly between his legs.
Very easy ...we are an established premiership side and you dont have the god given right to beat a club of our stature. It was a close game so dont make a prat of your self assuming you were there for an easy 3 points....
He's talking about the mistakes we made during the game and before it with our transfers etc. Swansea are a tough team and played well. But when we make the same old mistakes then things get frustrating.
There's a point way over there in the distance sunshine, you missed it by a mile. This is part of a much, much larger story of which Swansea are but another poisonous drop in the ocean.
I'm not here to entertain you PISKIE although at least you get to maintain your high laugh smiley count when you reply which we all know you enjoy. And yes, you're sleep inducing posts are some of the ones I'm referencing. Now, please do tell me... I want to know what we can do to improve our defence? OK, I'll let you know... hang on... erm...
Garth Crooks summed it up in his "Team of the Week" http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29980979 MIDFIELDER - Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal) "Without Sanchez's league goals this season, Arsenal would be 15th." "I can't understand what is happening to Arsenal. For large portions of the game the Gunners were in complete control largely due to the outstanding performance of Alexis Sanchez. His desire to score goals and to win football matches is clearly evident. Three goals conceded in midweek against Anderlecht and another two against Swansea is a worrying feature. I think the least Arsene Wenger can do is give this lad the defence he deserves."
Agree , he kept Siggy quiet for long periods , but not long enough to prevent the pass out wide to create our second goal .
I disagree. If we make everyone else play worse then that would work just as well. To make every team worse we need them all employ Arsene as manager simultaneously as joint manager. UBERFAKT.
I have to ask you guys, the sensible and honest one's that is. I have read through this and it appears from a lot of the comments that Swansea were or should not be allowed to beat Arsenal. Is it because we are not big enough. Just curious as to the answer. Whilst some on here in all fairnes have made and honest assesment of yesterdays game, where as some have the typical big time charlie attitude in how dare little Swansea beat us.
