I think 27 million will prove to be a great piece of business. The way Shaw can charge forward with the ball, says to me he will turn out to be more than just a fullback. I can definitely see him playing further forward sooner rather than later. You can see the similarities with Bale already
Sorry for the WUM and yes Shaw will turn out to be top notch but I don't see any resemblance to Bale other than the ability to run with the ball. Assists and Goals from Shaw are zero at the moment.
