He looks like he's adapted to his age by playing a slightly more clever game, using the cover his fellow defenders skills give him to get the ball forward to Matic or Fab quicker than he use do. Quite a few times this allowed us to break forward quickly. He's adapted well to our more attacking style, and good on him for that. So has Ivan in his own way become a better attacker. That's the sign of a really good player, and I'm pleased to see JT and Ivan from the "old guard" have really stepped up to the new style.

Donga D, I said the forearm one was a penalty in my book. You haven't read what I've said which then undermines anything you say subsequently. Stirling deliberately obstructed Ramires, if he doesn't want to get smashed in the face he should move as he is supposed to as obstruction is a foul. Someone who makes a mistake isn't a fool, a fool is some one who make a mistake and then tells everyone. Again I say there is no Victory in trying to claw some moral high ground when you can point to every player and make a case for cheating.

And you said that if the ball hits the sleeve it can't be handball. And to back that up London's One of Many Turds quotes a seven year old allegation from a Uefa spokesman that Platini publicly retracted.

I daren't state what the FA rulebook says about striking an opponent in the face in case he's got any twenty five year old 'relevant' quotes about Liverpool fans from South Yorkshire Police.

Don't know how you can keep a straight face and say that when you remember Tiago's handball and the non-sending off and penalty you got away with in the 3nd minute of the '05 CL semi-final when a goal was incorrectly awarded. And that's without mentioning Webb's atrocity of a performance at Stamthug Bridge last season before he retired to spend more time with his newly acquired roubles, with his blind eye towards Eto's attempted amputation of Henderson and waist high block on Suarez in the penalty box.

We outplayed you that day, like we did at the weekend. You rely on deflections and pens to score.

You had your time in the sun in March and April, we ended it. Get back in your box

Anyone watch the game on TV spot the Liverpool fan making "slanted eyes" at a player (I believe it was Costa)? Of course this will be ignored by the authorities.

Agreed. We should be getting all nine points in those games. Given we have played our hardest away fixtures, no reason why we shouldn't be conceivably targeting 100 points for the season.....

I think there may be a slip up in their somewhere. We are winning games but some have been quite narrow wins of late and you do that often enough and points will be dropped. 7 from 9 would not be the end of the world as I would assume most if not all our rivals will drop more points in that time as well.

Donga D, I stated clearly that the BT Sport commentary team checked with the match officials and asked why wasn't a foul called for handball when it hit Cahill on the shoulder and I was quoting their reply. If it hits the seam or above it on the shirt it is not handball. Tacitly everyone, accept you, realise this is the seam at the shoulder. The English language is subtle like that, unless one is oblivious to the nuances from adopting the American version of English (cops shows and rap vids). You have apparently also implied that the match officials are implicit with covering up grievous bodily harm and indeed the police who can charge and indeed are obliged to reactively charge someone when an offence is known to them.

I suggest you stop replying to want you want to have read and take time to digest what has actually be written. I believe that you will find that you'll suffer less angst and have an improved and more fulfilled life.

No, he'll claim he was making the gesture to clarify that wasn't what he was gesturing when he thought he heard Costa saying that he'd made that gesture at him. Honest M'lud.
