    Ramirez was **** today.

We aren't going to drop Huddlestone, we know he is capable of top class performances. Replacing him with somebody who isn't as good is illogical. Ben Arfa has to start against Spurs.

Needs a change of formation for me against spurs unless jelavic is fit , we need something that's going to offer more support to Hernandez

    Eh?

We looked way better after Ramirez and Quinn came on, I thought that was by far Ramirez best performance for us.

Watching the Swansea game and I've been impressed with how Swansea bring the ball forward. Ki drops in between the centre halves - very similar to how Tom does - however then glides forward and plays a ball to the feet of either Bony or Sigurdsson. They then lay it off and Swansea can mount an attack.

I wish Tom would do this more often, however as we all know, Hernandez is not the man to hold the ball up. Whereas Swansea have Bony who is excellent at playing the target man role and making these little runs to find space and lay it off.

He just seemed to get knocked off the ball Everytime he encountered another player. He made a couple of good runs but he wasn't inspiring. He's a good player, but I personally didn't see enough of that yesterday.

I have said this on another thread, that for me we look better going forward with a 442, and we were scoring. If Rossy was at right back, Elmo gets forward more often, as on Saturday he started getting forward later on, but for the first hour hardly got a ball in the box.

Yeah I think we lose Elmo in a 352 because he carnt defend (someone told me he lost the runner yesterday for the goal, I haven't seen it) and he doesn't get forward enough to put any crosses in

The 3-5-2 has to go! ...we need a formation that suits our attacking midfielders!...ben arfa, aluko, ince aren't bad players, bruce is playing them out of position, to suit the 3-5-2 this is never going to work! get sagbo up front with hernandez until jelavic is fit, if i see, ben arfa or aluko up top against spurs! i will question brucies methods!
