    "The" Tommy Smith, was it?

Another few losses on the bounce and the Joka might be on his way!

The Watford Monkey is off our back...

This really could be our year!

Unlucky boys if anyone had said at the start of the week that we would win all 3 games knowing the teams we had to play I would have had them sectioned!

This is a huge result for us and all respect to you guys. <ok>

I might have to change my signature at this rate!

No - this one is a Kiwi International (good day for him then!)

Run had to end I guess.

2 disappointing results and performances by all accounts but its the Championship so we'll probably beat Derby.

Apparently we even resorted to long ball stuff which isn't going to suit our team!

Well its only 3 wins in 10 - not really promotion form but then no-one has a great run in the Championship it seems!

According to the Ipswich fans (and baring in mind they won its not sour grapes) we were very "dirty" and "physical" today.

Do you think Jokanovic was trying to ensure we stood up to Ipswich rather than be weak and lose the battle?

I must admit there is a tackle by Ekstrand on their play-maker which is pretty nasty (the sort Robbo made in his time with us!) and which if an opposition player did on one of ours would have us on our feet calling for a red.

Your team targeted Jonny Williams all game and kicked lumps out of him! The referee who was very poor gave him no protection whatsoever. The Ekstrand challenge was scandalous and should have been a straight forward Red. Jonny had to come off as a direct result of that challenge. The stats show that you committed 3 times the number of fouls than we did.

You don't have to sign up for http://www.wiziwig.tv/ or the one OFH mentioned &, yes, they are are both straightforward and legal - you don't have to download anything. They do, however, have a tendency to freeze a lot in my experience - can be frustrating. Like others here, I prefer to turn their sound off & listen Hornet Player commentary, even though the two aren't always in sync.

Really disappointing game and a result that was a fair one. Unfortunately we have to mention the ref who gave us bugger all, they were hacking us down all the way through the first half and we got nothing, they got tapped and went to ground and won a load of free kicks. The second half the ref obviously had a word with himself because he was much fairer, though another ref would have sent Ekstrand off. Altogether another poor display by what i consider to be our best team, without Abdi. Our passing was awful, and when teams play long high balls all the time we can't cope. The head tennis was good enough for a Wimbledon performance. I think we have the right Head Coach, but we desperately need this break to get the team communicating and playing the way he wants them to, i think at the mo there's a lot of confusion out there. He was right to drop Anya, who on Tuesday was diabolical, but even Munari, who i believe has been one of our best players this season, had a poor game. The only performances worth mentioning are Gomes, Vydra and Andrews...and i cannot understand why we would take Andrews off and replace him with Murray! Bizarre substitution imo. Oh well, a bad day at the office, and an expensive week for those of us who went to Birmingham and Ipswich and didn't see even a point to show for it! Hey ho, onwards and upwards. I do think if we don't play better than that we are going to get completely obliterated by Derby!

TID, I am not sure what game you watched yesterday, your team spent the whole game kicking lumps out of our Ballers, Williams had to go off injured as a result of wreckless lunge from a defender who got away with a yellow card. Your only tactic yesterday was to lump it to Vidra and hope for the best, at least we tried to mix our tactics up, it is far to easy to call a team hoof merchants just because and wrongly assume that is all the tactics MM knows, as for your best plyer, Gomes kept you in the game with at least 2 Worldy saves.

I was following the game on BBC live txt yesterday and I was a little concerned that our three bookings were all for "bad fouls". I do hope this will not become a new dimension of our play.

Blimey - you wonder what game H was watching and then produce a completely inaccurate summary such as that? Maybe you should sit down and watch the whole game again - especially the penalty incident against Forestieri which the ref completely ignored, not to mention the blue shirted angel who laid Gomes out for three minutes with a head injury whilst your 'fans' voiced their impatience at the ref for having the temerity to allow him treatment. It's probably lucky that you have six fingers on your hand as that would be more than enough to allow you to actually count the number of times the ball was 'lumped to Vydra'.

H's summary was spot on IMO. Even though we had an off day, and even though Gomes made some crucial saves, the result could have gone either way - and had Forestieri, Deeney and Munari had their normally reliable shooting boots on, it would have swung our way.

Actually if you'd been watching the game you'd have seen your team hacking ours down at regular intervals but you were obviously wearing blue specs! And if you'd read my post properly you'd have seen that I said ekstrand could have received a red for his tackle on your number 50 who had been filthy for most of the game along with your numbers 3 and 12. Not new, we've seen him play like that before but it doesn't excuse the bad tackle. Also, if you'd read my post properly you'd have noticed I named gomes among two others who had good games.
