would our FA have the balls not to enter this world cup?

the summer of 2022 we can hold our own competition with Scotland Wales and the Northern Irish instead.

Perhaps we could take a team of average people or semi pros to make a point

Would love to see the home nations return, it would put some pride back into international again.

A 5 nations cup played every 2 years across the course of a year to replace meaningless friendlies would bring back some international pride but would also fill Wembley up..

Spot on banksy when I remember the passion created during that era. Went over to Ninian Park many times to watch Wales vs England and saw many legends play for their countries and enjoy doing so without complaints or excuses.

It was stopped blamed on fighting, but the real reason was England was ****e at the time and not dominating the championship so the FA took their ball and cancelled it <laugh>

But I bet if it went to vote it would be a landslide saying they want it to return. Just look at the passion in rugby, and it's back now we are in the autumn tours.

All footballers should look at the rugby players and play with the pride to wear their countries shirts
